Revolved High Lunge, as any twisting posture, benefits the spine, increasing it’s a range of motion, mostly in the upper back region. This pose boosts the energy levels with the efficient use of the diaphragm and the chest muscles.
It also builds stamina with the good flow of energy, from the base of the spine moving upwards. Thus, this twist is a great way to keep the body fresh and full of energy.
For best results, hold the posture with the right alignment for 10 to 15 deep breaths on each side and practice twice a day. Happy Twisting.
