“Relax and Restore” is a 75-minute session to slow down and balance the havoc stricken mind. This restorative practice has an enormous capacity to heal the mental and physical symptoms of stress and anxiety as it directly stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system. As you relax and deep stretch the body, the heart rate slows down and the blood flow to your vital organs is increased.
The benefits of the practice are immense, right from enhancing your mood, balancing the immune system, realigning the meridian points and healing the body and mind from inside out.
