Yogafit kids is a finely structured session targeting children of all age groups – toddlers, preschoolers, school kids and teenagers.
The Yogafit Kids session is built on a strong foundation of ‘three hills of warm-up and share’ – physical activities in the form of yoga games, holding postures, and relaxation. We follow a simple yet fun way of learning the right breathing techniques which draw the kids towards practising Yoga. Within a few sessions, the kids can independently practice the foundational and advanced postures. This boosts their confidence, clears their mind, and increases the love for Yoga.
