Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of Yoga that relaxes and calms the mind and body and is a counterpart to Yang Yoga.
Yin Yoga is a passive practise that helps you sit longer in meditation. It stills the restless body and the racing mind and creates more space for every breath to penetrate through the cells, targeting the meridians. The poses are held between 3 to 5 minutes, stretching the connective tissues, ligaments and tendons.
Yin takes you deeper into yourself, both inside and out. Yin reveals you, to yourself.
