Pranayama

Pranayama is the fourth limb of Yoga. Prana means breath and Ayama means to control, thus Pranayama primarily is known as a practice to control the breath.

However, Pranayama is not merely breath control. It is a technique through which the quantity of Prana in the body is activated to a higher frequency to bring the mind under control with steady nerve impulses and rhythmic brain waves. A proper practice brings an instant awareness to the practitioner as it acts directly on the hypothalamus that transforms perception into a cognitive experience.

Reap the immense benefits of Pranayam under the guidance of the right and experienced teacher.
